Job Overview
We are in search of a highly skilled and meticulous Senior Full Charge Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to manage financial records for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring precision and accuracy in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise financial records by scrutinizing balance sheets and general ledger accounts for various clients
- Generate and reconcile month-end financial statements, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Supervise and mentor junior bookkeepers, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail
- Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll to uphold financial integrity
- File sales taxes and other relevant tax documents for clients in a timely manner
- Collaborate on special projects to meet team objectives and enhance client satisfaction
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on operational experience
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word for effective communication
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple clients while meeting strict deadlines
- Comprehensive understanding of auditing and reconciling third-party payroll reports
- Professional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong leadership capabilities and a proactive, collaborative approach within a team setting
- Detail-focused, well-organized, and effective communicator in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
